About the Gårdsjö farm

Gårdsjö is located near the lake Vansjö north of Morgongåva in Heby and it is a typical, Swedish farm. Most of the houses, including the main house, are from the mid-1800s and are lovely examples of Swedish country architecture, with the typical “Falu”-red and white colouring. It used to be a traditional farm, first with diary production and later on breeding pigs and growing grain. A big part of the farm consists of woodland. The farm has been in this family for three generations and since 2007 the Moose Park has been the major business at the farm.
